Is requesting feedback a good idea?

Good News keeps rolling in for our engineers...

Here are two examples of excellent feedback received in the last few days...

"Yesterday we had one of your engineers on our site in Oldbury.

Darren was very courteous whilst on site, carried out his work with minimal disruption to ourselves and left the trucks and premises clear of any rubbish"

and also...

"I am E mailing you in regards to the FLT service that was carried out today..

I would like to say that Darren the engineer that came out to us was fantastic. He arrived on time & carried out the service well within our time constraints. He was also polite and easy to communicate with.

We would gladly welcome him back on site to carry out our future services"
