Customer Downtime Minimised

In order to continually improve our customer service, Amvar Handling Solutions have recently introduced an improved communication process with their engineers.

For many years we have used Protean software to manage our service, maintenance and hire business. This is industry leading software developed in Coventry and enables us to have clear visibility of engineer’s movements, outstanding jobs and detailed parts supply.

To further improve performance we have introduced a number of new initiatives which are designed to ensure our customer’s downtime is minimised. These include service and LOLER scheduling, pre ordering parts for planned jobs, progress chasing on jobs and supply chain together with real time job visibility.

All this will ensure that Amvar Handling Solutions can deliver to its customers the best local service in the industry.
